40 Minute Mermaid Yoga Sequence

Have you ever dreamt of being a mermaid? Now you can be one thanks to this hip and heart opening yoga flow!

This 40-minute yoga sequence is an intermediate-level flow that will warm you up for the peak pose: mermaid. We often hold a lot of tension in our hips, which gets dissolved in this beachy flow.
