Joy is more than a mindset, it’s a way of being.

If you are not feeling joyful in this moment, it’s easy to achieve it.

Stop to think about something that brings you joy. Close your eyes and envision the word J O Y.

What comes up? Perhaps it’s a favorite childhood memory. Maybe it’s a recent exciting experience. Or it could even be the image of a person.

Sit with this experience. Whatever it is. Observe everything you can about it. See it in vivid color. What can you taste, smell, hear?

Say to yourself: this is a joyful moment. I am joyful.
