Why drift through life, doing what you’re told instead of what makes you feel alive?
Begin every day with a clear intention for what you wish to accomplish.
Perhaps you want to cross something off your to-do list. Or maybe you simply want to relax and de-stress for the day.
Either is perfectly okay. Whatever it is, commit yourself completely.
Rest your head at the end of the day knowing that you gave yourself completely to the intention that you set in the morning.
Don’t be too hard on yourself. Know that you are enough. You are more than enough.
