If you’re working on your spine flexibility, or taking your other yoga poses deeper, then you’re going to love the latest yoga craze: the yoga wheel.
The wheel gives you the chance to hold challenging poses longer, leading to more gains over time. In particular I’ve been working on increasing my spine flexibility and have found the wheel to be extremely helpful in the process!

What Else Can the Yoga Wheel Be Used For?
There are also many other poses you can try with the yoga wheel.
It can oftentimes be used in place of where a block is placed on the ground in triangle and half moon pose.
It can also add stability in plow pose, headstand, forearm stand and scorpion.
Try the wheel for an interesting bind, such as in birds of paradise or extended side angle pose.
Or it can add more of a challenge to poses like monkey pose.
